Collage is probably the oldest project in my portfolio, but it holds a very special place in my journey as a graphic designer. It was my graduation project and the first time I had a real paying client before completing my bachelor's degree.
The "Collage" is one of the largest and longest-running fundraisers in South Texas, hosted by IMAS, the International Museum of Art and Science. In 2012, we were tasked with designing the 46th event's brand identity which earned a bronze ADDY Award (American Advertising Award) the year after.
However, a couple of years later, I discovered that the museum was still using the same identity for the following years by merely changing the colors according to the theme. This was surprising as it had never been done in the past.
